Registration and payment

Your spot is confirmed once payment is received, by card through Stripe or by e-Transfer. We send the class location by email after payment. A reserved spot without payment is released after 30 minutes.

Refunds and missed classes

Registrations are final and non-refundable. Missed classes in a series cannot be refunded or credited. If you know before the series starts that you cannot attend, message us and we will do our best to transfer your spot to someone else, but this is not guaranteed.

If we cancel a class

If DanceHouse cancels a class or a series, you receive a credit for the cancelled classes toward the next series.

Photos and video

We film and photograph classes for our website and social media, and by attending you agree that you may appear in that content. If you would rather not, tell us at the start of class and we will do our best to keep you out of the frame.

Being a good partner

Partners rotate in every partnerwork class. Be kind, be clean, ask before any dip or lift, and respect a no. Anyone who makes others uncomfortable will be asked to leave without a refund.

Privacy

We keep your name, email and phone number to run your registration and, only if you tick the box, to send you class updates. You can unsubscribe from any email in one click. We never sell or share your details. Full details are in our privacy policy.
